I am thrilled to report that I have been selected to run a tasting of New York State craft beers on March 23 focused on introducing craft beer novices to the basics of beer: the difference between a malty stout and a hoppy IPA, as well as an introduction to some of the most common styles in craft beer today. Beers will be paired with two different types of chili to allow attendees to experience how beer pairs with food in the ultimate comfort meal – beer and chili! Following the event, participants are invited enjoy their favorite beer from the tasting free of charge.
The event will take place in a beautiful and historic New York City space which is home to a volunteer organization that I love. Tickets are available here!
